Samples and Small Orders

For Samples and Small Orders, we prefer online payment by credit card or PayPal. Orders received online are processed immediately although delivery schedules will depend upon product availability. Please check the chart at Samples and Small Orders to be sure a product is available.

We can accept orders by mail. Print a copy of a Samples and Small Orders form, and then circle the items you want. Write the quantity of each item in the right margin. Calculate the total price and add sales tax for California addresses and $25.00 for shipping and handling. Send the completed form to 1110 Main Street, Suite 1, Watsonville, California, USA 95076. Be sure your delivery address and email address appear on the order form.
Mailed orders must be accompanied by a certified check or a bank draft for full payment in favor of Electro Luminescence Incorporated. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared our bank.
If you wish to pay by a bank wire transfer, please contact us regarding instructions for your bank.

Prototypes and Pre-Production Models (Custom Design Services)

We prefer the same payment methods described above when ordering a prototype or pre-production model. We will send payment instructions to you once you have accepted our quote.  Keep in mind that all design services prior to tooling and prototype fees are free.

Large Volume and Custom Orders

Large Volume orders are usually paid by bank wire transfer to one of our manufacturers' banks. Half of the amount must be paid upon placing the order with the balance due upon shipment. Instructions for payment will be included with a quote prepared at your request. Click here to complete and email a quote form. Please plan on 4 to 8 weeks for the manufacture of your order after receipt of the initial payment.
